Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly tags and hygiene stickers are firmly attached to the garments.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
